Folegandros is a larger island than Sikinos, with a little over double the population (~760 people). There are beautiful beaches all around the island, and we've been spending some time there. We hiked into town today for food and to climb up to a monastery to get some high up views. The island does not have near as many tourists as some of the others such as Mykonos and Santorini, and I am really enjoying the laid back atmosphere. Also, I've gotten the cheapest little ice cream bar here.

Chora from afar. The monastery located up on that hill is where we walked to get the high up picture views I referenced in the opening paragraph. |

View from our dinner on night one. The front left is matsata, which is maybe a specialty of the island. Behind the matsata is some goat and to the side your regular old chicken fillet. |
